Historically First Choice have delivered strong performance in this sector, and although we are developing in other market areas, Fit-out remains a priority for the company.

New build

First Choice are proud to be able to deliver a comprehensive, nationwide New Build Construction service. Our total commitment to our clients means that we are often involved pre contract to provide a “builders view” in respect of Cost, Design and Build-ability.

Early involvement allows us to review construction methods, solve potential problems, and accommodate client wishes and client access/occupational requirements.

The First Choice team are drawn from diverse industry wide backgrounds enabling us to call upon first hand experience and apply the lessons of the past to the future.

Together with our professional supply chain we are able to provide New Build solutions within the Residential, Leisure, Retail, Public, Education, and Commercial sectors.

Refurbishment

The demand for Heavy Structural Refurbishment remains strong. At First Choice we envisage this continuing to grow as demand for quality space strengthens, while developers are reluctant to commit to landmark new developments.

Our team has the in depth knowledge to develop and construct temporary works schemes to enable the most complex of structural refurbishment to take place.

The First Choice Group in-house Mechanical & Electrical team can co-ordinate, procure, and project manage all of our refurbishment and restoration works.

With our design partners we are able to provide cost efficient solutions for anything from the simplest of property enhancements right through to total property facelifts or adding value by extending upwards and outwards.
